Philippine Shipbuilding & Industrial Hardware Company is a diversified enterprise with businesses spanning shipping, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, agriculture, and mining. In the shipping sector, its marine propeller products hold nearly 90% of the market share, making it one of the company’s core strengths.

In September 2017, the company ordered two CHGS 10+10T-26m H=10m A5 gantry cranes from CLESCRANE for heavy lifting operations at its shipyard. These cranes operate along a 150-meter travel distance, enabling efficient handling of ship components and heavy equipment to ensure smooth production processes.

The gantry cranes provided by CLESCRANE feature excellent load capacity, precise operation, and outstanding stability. They are also equipped with a remote control system, allowing operators to control the cranes from a safe distance. This reduces the risks associated with close contact with heavy equipment during lifting operations and enhances overall operational safety.

The crane design fully considered the special working environment of the shipyard and incorporated an advanced control system, ensuring the cranes can perform heavy lifting tasks efficiently and safely.

After installation, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the cranes’ stability, precision, and ease of operation. The remote control system significantly improved operational efficiency while enhancing safety. This cooperation not only strengthened the shipyard’s production capacity but also further consolidated the company’s leading position in the shipping industry.
